Pricing and payment
The setup fee is one-time and varies by plan: €300 on Essencial, €800 on Pro and from €2000 on Premium depending on project complexity. VAT at the legal rate in force is added to the price shown. In every case it covers the essentials to get your site up and running: briefing, design and development, domain setup (.pt or .com), SSL, hosting, deploy, initial SEO optimisation, Google Business and training so you know how to use it and how to request changes. The difference reflects complexity: Pro includes login and bookings, Premium adds stock management, an internal system and payments, all built to measure. After launch you only pay the monthly fee.
No. All prices shown on the site (plans, setup fee and add-ons) exclude VAT. VAT at the legal rate in force (22% in Madeira) is added on top. The final amount including VAT is what appears on the invoice.
Yes, if you're already sure you want to go ahead. On the annual plan you pay the equivalent of 10 months instead of 12, so you get 2 months free compared to the monthly plan. The price is the same for every plan, only the billing period changes.
At launch you only pay the setup fee. After publishing you get 1 courtesy month where the site stays online with no monthly fee. The first monthly (or annual) invoice only starts counting from the end of that period.
We accept card (via Stripe), bank transfer, MB Way and, in specific cases, cash in hand. You can choose the method you prefer during sign-up or on later invoices from your client area.
Site and features
The domain is managed by us while the service is active, which keeps everything simple on your side. If you ever cancel, we help you transfer it.
Yes, within your plan's limit. Essencial doesn't include monthly changes, and each request is billed via the Extra changes add-on. The Pro and Premium plans include 1 change per month. On any plan you can always add extra requests through the add-on.
Yes. We have add-ons available on any plan: professional email on your domain, a complete GDPR pack, two-factor authentication, a monthly newsletter, live chat, a multi-language version, a digital QR menu, Google Ads management, customer SMS and a seasonal pop-up. You request them in the client area and we activate them as soon as we confirm payment.
No. We take care of absolutely everything, from the technical side to design, content, domain and hosting. You just have to tell us what you want and we make it happen.
Subscription and support
You can cancel at any time with no penalty. Your site stays active until the end of the paid period. No fine print, no surprise charges.
Yes. You can upgrade as your business grows (for example, from Essencial to Pro to add bookings and login). On an upgrade we only charge the setup difference proportional to the extra work, and the new monthly fee takes effect in the next cycle.
All support is handled by ticket in your client area, so the history always stays organised. On Essencial we reply on business days, on Pro we guarantee a reply within 48 hours, and on Premium you get priority support with a 15-minute monthly review call.
Getting started and business type
In about 1 week your site is ready to review. We adjust whatever is needed until you're happy. The exact timeline depends on how complex the content is.
